You may be familiar with the term Dust Free Hardwood Sanding. There is no dust free, only dust control or dust contained sanding for hardwood floors. We block off all other areas and then use a dust control vacuum.
We offer a buff-and-coat option for floors that don’t need to be fully refinished. This option includes buffing the surface of the hard wood floors and applying either water or oil based polyurethane. This is a quicker, one-day job.
The hardwood refinishing process begins with sanding, then staining, and 3 coats of polyurethane to create a more durable finish. There are Water or Oil based polyurethane finishes.
